Dr. Luis A. Rodriguez, was born in Puerto Rico. He possesses a B.A. in Economics from the University of Puerto Rico, a B.S. in Theology from Bethany Bible College in California, a M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from the National Graduate School of Pastoral Counseling of Puerto Rico, and a Psy.D. in psychology from California Coast University. He is also an ordained minister of the American Baptist Churches, and a member of the American Psychological Association. Actually, Dr. Rodriguez serves as Bilingual Psycho-educational Consultant for School District 300 in Carpentersville, Illinois. His areas of specialties are: bilingual psycho-educational evaluations, and counseling in Spanish.
