Expert Witness Consultation and Testimony

The Center for Psychological Services has experienced and licensed psychologists who have provided expert testimony in a wide range of forensic contexts.  These include civil and criminal matters, due process special education hearings, immigration hearings and administrative hearings.  Issues under consideration included psychological effects of personal injuries, neuropsychological injuries, child abuse, employer-employee issues, immigration status, competency to stand trial, diminished capacity or legal insanity, existence and degree of learning disability, appropriate educational interventions, and police matters.  The professionals at Center for Psychological Services do not “specialize” in forensics, but their broad and extensive backgrounds in many sub-specialties of psychology, along with their academic affiliations and backgrounds, gives them the knowledge, experience and credibility needed to provide evidence-based forensic consultation and testimony.
