Psychological consultation to businesses and agencies by the Center includes:

•  executive coaching of individuals in the organizational context who are being groomed for the “next level”

•   key executive selection

•   multicultural organizational issues

•   outplacement counseling and assistance

•   succession planning and implementation, and

•   specialized evaluations, including 360° feedback.

C.P.S. has industrial/organizational as well as clinical psychologists on its team.  Other professionals who have called on C.P.S. for consultation include psychiatrists, pediatricians, speech and language therapists, social workers, educators, attorneys and M.I. S. professionals.
