Billing and Payment Information:

Center for Psychological Services, LLC, is a fee-for-service practice and, as such, does not bill your insurance carrier for services rendered. Payment is expected at the time service is performed.  We will help you complete any necessary forms for reimbursement from your insurance company. CPS can provide you with a receipt of payment with the correct procedural and diagnostic codes for you to receive reimbursement.

Accepted Methods of Payment:  We accept Visa, Master Card, cash, money orders, and personal checks. All forms of payment may be accepted in person by our psychologist or therapist. Checks can also be mailed to our main office in Northfield. Credit cards can also taken over the telephone or by e-mail.
